@ilyjkpop the 'right hand' has two because the one above is for the voice you hear on the original song while the one below is for the background when someone is singing the song.

@ilyjkpop Your welcome! =) ... hmm to play it on the piano? it actually depends on the person playing it (they can only play one right hand). So it's the pianists' decision wether to play the one on top or the one on the bottom. But what I see most pianist here on youtube do, they play the one on top. Hope this helps ^_^
