I'm sorry to say this. You should get her a friend. Budgies are gregarious animals and need at least one fellow creature. How many days it been with you on taking that video? On 0:11 you can see how it's gasping because of fear. You should let her settle down first and not pushing it's chest to make come to your finger, the poor bird is just getting negative experience about hands. It's not very good idea to get a surprise pet for a child. First you should gain information before getting a pet.

if u still miss the case , a tamed bird may be tamed but remains a bird , gets afraid eailly by sudden movement or sounds

Yes, actually I have been taming my birds, by just letting them be and get used to me. It doesn't matter if it's male or not, both females and males can get tame, but males just may learn to talk more easier. I don't want to start to fight or get people angry, I just want to tell which thing is not good for your pets.

Brings back memories for me... when my daughter was young, we got her a hand raised cockatiel... she was OK with it, but it bonded to me, so when I was around, he wouldn't go to anyone else... Damn bird. Fast forward 15+ years. My daughter is married now & the bird stayed, he doesn't like my wife (I do)... damn bird. Found a good home for him & he lives with a nice lady who misses her old bird... but, I miss him badly... Damn bird... sob:(
