You would need to be on a private match to do this... You could only have survived that knife if you had double health, and the only way to have double health is to have such setting in a PRIVATE match, so this glitch would not even work in a real online game. Besides, even if you tried this online, you'd have to have a friend on the enemy team, and we all know how much of a mess that can be...
