i don't get a peaceful feeling , i see heroes that fought and died , alliance betraying horde in the middle of the battle , and the same goes for horde too ... i see a lot of sadness that does not come from peoples that live there ... the sadness vibrates from Arthas's heart . Well that is my opinion :)

OMG... I honestly don't see why everyone is so crazy about 1:52 - 2:43, I don't think it's that great... I like 8:12 - 9:03 much better than those women howling out some pitchy tones... Seriousley... Sorry, my opinion...

I respect your opinion, I love everything about the different themes in Storm Peaks, but the women choir singing that part is so powerful, gives me goosebumps and chills down my spine...

Anyway, Blizzard's music is just undescribeable, I want to give them the fattest trophy ever for game musicscoring, great work! :-)

For me I think it has to do with the experience. When I was first in that area in Beta, I head the women right when I was near the Sons of Hodir, the huge crater with all the frozen giants and Dwarves in place...it was just an epic, creepy, wonderful scene.

Storm Peaks is just one big piece of Awesome. Well... maybe except the introduction part with the goblins. Rest of it... epic. Music - epic. My favourite zone in Wrath, with Howling Fjord close second.

Same here. That little section of music is so amazingly epic. I wish there was more. Hopefully it will be re-used and extended for the Ulduar soundtrack! :D

I've just heard that the music in Ulduar is the Halls of Lightning/Halls of Stone music. It would be great if Blizzard made a bunch of new epic themes which we've never heard before. :-)

I totally agree with you. Nagrand, Stormpeaks, but also Sholazar Basin is my absolute favorite places. If I would farm ores, herbs or anything it would be in any of those places ^^
