Hey Pete, love your channel dude. I was looking at the Magpul website at the CTR / MOE Stock Riser that you have installed on your DPMS and it says the following. "... This riser is for use on NON AR15/M4 applications as the riser will interfere with charging handle function. Originally designed for M14 carbine stock conversions." So that is why it seems like a poor design on ARs but still works with the stock pulled back like you have it. Keep up the good work.
