don't settle for the english subtitles. There are much better versions of each show with english language voice acting. The voice acting has much better english than the subtitles. When translated properly this series is incredible on so many levels.

@Nekki01 Well, the books were originally in Japanese, so they were translated into English, English isn't the originl language the books were printed in. In the DUB of the anime (which is actually pretty good) Chi speaks English.

when I first heard this in the series I kinda just thought it was some dumb house/techno/trance tune and was wondering what it was doing there. When I finished the series I realized just how good this tune is. It symbolizes both the heights of the wonderous fantasy world that Chii can occasionally create around Hideki as well as the danger even a timid coward like Hideki will endure to rescue Chii because the love runs that deep. Thus it fits all of the few scenes it plays in. Brilliant.

Before Hideki found chii lived with a family.Her Creator(father)her mother(Hibiya)and her twin sister(Freya or dark chii)Freya fell in love with her father,and she became love-sick when he failed to show "that kind" of love to her.Before she died,she transfered her heart into Chii,and she died.Chiis father died from sadness,and chiis mother turned her off and put in her in garbage.Then Hideki found Chii,and gave her the name Chii.And the story begins
