  • How fast was that going??? I work on a 6 color man roland. We normally run only around 11,000-12,000 iph. But our runs are only like 2,000-5,000 sheets. Also what's the point for putting the spray on the tie in rods.

    We ran at 14 to 15,000 sheets an hour all the time. Our loads were 10,000

    sheets. Ran one load in about 40 minutes. That was silicon spray I was

    using to make the rods slide out easier.

    I use to work on a six color Roland also. It had piggy back units and a tower coater.

    That press was a real pain in the ass...
