Khamenei is not a marja. Khamenei is a dictator who oppresses muslims who follow other marjas (i.e. Imam Seyed Shirazi). Grand Ayatollah Montazeri (R.A.) or Ayatollah Taleghani (R.A.) would have made much better leaders than Khamenei who thinks he is Imam Ali (A.S.).
