  • fuckkk... The title is misleading, I will go cry in a corner now.

  • Hi Brad! I think it's cool that you don't try to sell ESE as a magic cure for everything.

  • even if GH does increase for a short time, your genetics will remain unchanged and you will still reach a final height, regardless of eating habits.

It is growth hormone, not change your genetics and make you 6 feet hormone.

  • i grew 3 inches after puberty here is my secret " super-growth height enhancer " it is worth to google.....experience.....

  • I have free grow taller secrets....

    Watch my videos.

  • If you wanna increase your height " Helpo Growth Formula "

Just google it. Worked for me....

  • Nah, it's actually a fair question..They hear GH they think height.

Still think it should be renamed 'fasting hormone'.

    B

  • lol @ people who asked that question.

  • @dbushman82 yeah well clearly you're neither a midget nor have a problem with wearing high heels

  • @bradpilon Hey brad, do you recommend ESE for teenagers?? What is the earliest a person can use ESE?

  • @SpOOnK3r

Directly from page 73 of the "Eat Stop Eat" book:

"Q:My daughter is 14 and overweight, can she try the Eat Stop Eat lifestyle?

A:Unfortunately, no, she cannot. All of the research conducted on fasting is done on adults; there is no way for me to know its effects on children. I only recommend Eat Stop Eat for healthy adults."

    Hope that helps :)

  • @TheMaryTere Thank you. I've not bought the book yet since I'm a teenager and don't own a credit card, but I love watching his videos though.
