@JordMcDrummer as kids, Grohl was mates with a kid in his street called John Park. Dave has mentioned this song was a mash up of so many different ideas (lyrically), he couldnt think of one name to sum up the song so instead, having long since lost touch with his childhood friend, he would call it 'Hey, Johnny Park,' in the hope he would hear it and get in touch. Never heard whether the plan worked or not but it was a clever idea!
