just replaced the rear shock absorbers on a 2006 one of these today (one was leaking oil) £174 each lol. So had to take it for a spin after, and wow what an engine. Forget this video, this thing accelerates way faster than numbers alone can tell you.
this car cost £30,000 2nd hand with 51,000 mile on the clock, we did 140mph on a empty road and a could'nt belive it because it feels like you're doing about 90-110 mph and the breaking is fucking great, and dont belive anything other then that
@maxharper6 a stock mini cooper none turbo can do 140, atleast here in germany ive pushed mine that far. Still has power left but i hit the rev limiter in the 6th gear. Wish tehy would of stretched that gear out some more.
But just liket that car i cant tell much differance between 80 mph and 140 the mini drives smoth. My friends audi feels about the same lol but alittle faster than my stock mini. wish hed let me drive it id top it out for him lol.

Being 18 it's not really my style either, more a fan of the raw power of my Camaro's and Trans Am's. To me a car can be too nice, I had an 06 Buick and it was just boring because it was so smooth. I am probably the only weirdo that enjoyed driving my 70 Camaro and Chevelle more than a new luxury car.

@ernix911 Not more powerful, just easier to launch - quicker than a shift from a torque convertor if you're good with manual too. Most of the new DCT's have launch control though nowadays.

You want to compare modified cars - a chipped 135 vs. and RS4, ok, how about a supercharged B7 RS4? The MTM RS4 does 0-60 in less than 4 and the 1/4 in less than 12.5. So what's your point Karlmalone11? Prepubescent piss ant, get a license prior to web smack talking.
0-60 times aren't super meaningful. Most cars 0-40 (in performance realm) are quite similar, and it's past 60 where things matter. 100-140MPH the RS4 eats the 135, or 335.
There are 135is with JB3 or Vishnu tunes and exhausts that can run sub 4 second 0-60s... they are putting down like 430bhp or more... pretty good power for a small car. The TT-RS is way too sterile an experience, sure its quick, but its overpriced, and its still very much a fwd biased 4wd system... it does sound good though.
either way they are both good sports cars... but 1 thing i will say is no way does a stock 135i bmw do 0-60 nin 4.7 lol i feel like starting a new argument.. i'd smoke you both in my new rsTT so both of you shut the fuck up lol

Thats roughly 30 hp more then the m5 stock. That car is capable of a sub 4second 0-60 run and a quarter in 12.3ish.
Stock to modded yes your 335 would beat an RS4 0-60 and quarter mile..... girl for girl the RS4 is getting twice the tail. Have fun speed racer :)

Yes so that 80hp puts you up to 420ish crank hp right? I have modded stock turbo cars and its a hell of a process once you max the stock turbos (on the 335 around 450hp) New turbos Gt28rs's go for around 2k for both....new manifolds to mount them 2.5k. New intercooler and piping 3k. Dyno tuning any reputable shop charges 100+/hr x 5hours for a decent tune and if you want stock driveability 15hrs min. Injectors 500x6, exhaust system 3k, new diff and tq converter 4k. I think thats it. Good luck!

Stock 135 does 0-60 in 4.7. Look it up. BMWs number are understated. With a ~$500 tune, the 135 is in the low 4s to 60. Remember this car is 1/2 the money. As for your M3..I would say its you skill that lacks.

by the way only mercedes 0-60 times are understaed bmw times are known to be slower then bmw claimes the real times is about 5.4 seconds and thats with manual and a great driver no fucking way ur 135i which in my eyes is a great car comes close to beating an rs4

its in inline six with twin turbos, and with a chip, it has been proven low 4's, even high 3's. A JB3 tuned 335 o 135 will destroy an rs4.

Why the hell are you taking BMW's and Audi's to the drag strip? Leave that shit for the rednecks. Nobody is doubting the 135i or 335i's ability, but the RS4 would be faster on an actual track, and certainly any road. Also remember the difference in traction... with the Audi, those that live in colder climates can enjoy quality and performance all year round. Certainly easier than any BMW!

Mr. Malone while i have great respect for your basket ball "skills" you need to learn a thing or two about comparing a modded car to a stock one. MtM makes a supercharger kit that lays down 539 hp. Thats roughly 30 hp more then the m5 stock. That car is capable of a sub 4second 0-60 run and a quarter in 12.3ish.
Stock to modded yes your 335 would beat an RS4 0-60 and quarter mile..... girl for girl the RS4 is getting twice the tail. Have fun speed racer :)

haha, fair enough. Though a chip for a 335i that adds 80hp is only around 500 bucks, and is an easy, 2 minute mod, whereas that supercharger for the rs4 is i'm guessing 20 times that with tons of work involved.

Yes so that 80hp puts you up to 420ish crank hp right? I have modded stock turbo cars and its a hell of a process once you max the stock turbos (on the 335 around 450hp) New turbos Gt28rs's go for around 2k for both....new manifolds to mount them 2.5k. New intercooler and piping 3k. Dyno tuning any reputable shop charges 100+/hr x 5hours for a decent tune and if you want stock driveability 15hrs min. Injectors 500x6, exhaust system 3k, new diff and tq converter 4k. I think thats it. Good luck!

if it would be automatic, you should have some letters or numbers in the middle of the tacho, that shows you where its switched into=> like D,P,N,R or 1,2,3,4,5,6.
as we all can see there are no such indicators in the digital part of the tacho, so ITS MANUAL
