How do you keep traffic down to reasonable levels in that area?

The rounded skyscraper in 0:47. What is it called, how many jobs does it have, what style of buildings do I have to set it to to get it built?

The building to the left at 1:01, is that a plugin I see?

Did you saturate demand in nearby cities to get that many skyscrapers? What are your regional tax policies?

How come there are no Wren insurances?

How did you get the region so big?
