I have known Ed Dillon, the composer and performer of "Moore's Solitude" (from is album, "The Barber's Lament") for something like thirty years. In 2008 when I made this little movie, Ed gave me express permission to use this track. As far as I can determine, Orchard Music has no claim to any part of Ed's catalogue, and if they believe otherwise they should contact me directly.
I received this note this morning from the good folks at YouTube:
"Dear Codswallop58,
"Your video, A Walk on the Beach in Winter, may have content that is owned or licensed by The Orchard Music.
"No action is required on your part; however, if you are interested in learning how this affects your video, please visit the Content ID Matches section of your account for more information.
