I worked for Blue Cross of California & the Medical Review Department of Kaiser (the nice people who review your apps and deny you or drop you if you're high risk).  I have one thing to say: If you want private insurance, you deserve it. You deserve the letter of denial, the "drop coverage letter" I used to mail out when you become pregnant or sick, you deserve the high premiums and unaffordable deductibles. For those who think universal health care is evil... I hope you enjoy what you get.

Max Baucus: Bought and paid for. 3 Million from insurance lobbyists, so far. What did they get? Max Baucus killed the public option, and his bill requires All Americans, without exception, to buy Private insurance (you read that right), or pay a fine (I'm not kidding). This puts Billions more into the insurance companies' pockets, at your expense. Not a bad return for 3 million dollars. By the way, your deductibles still remain sky high, so you STILL can't afford that operation!
