What kind of speakers do you have with this organ? I just got an Allen 301 a month ago and I just love it!

Oh, that explains it! Since it is an electronic organ, I knew it was not the clatter of trackers, so it was quite a mystery! You're doing fine, keep up the good work. Maybe convince the church to invest in a good pipe organ, smile!

The pedal board needs new felt, and that effect is further amplified by the hardwood floor.  Add to that that I am not an organist. I use both feet, but not with the best pedal technique.
