I feel you bro. Compromisng on something after you have made a commitment feels sucky and I think that sticking to what you agreed to do is the way to go, then after it is over then you should reevaluate to decide where you want to go from there.

yeah it was. watch shayloss first three ids and he talks about that. Our body gets used to all the crap we put in it when we try to stop the body goes crazy with withdrawal. it is only temporary so keep at it, you hav to retrain the body in teaching it what it really wants. Good Luck.
Jumoke you have to flip it around and look at it from the opposite side of things. Yes you had a non-raw meal. How many people do you know who have made such a huge commitment to themselves? You are sticking with the plan, you are making enormous changes and sticking with it. That is incredible! Think of all the weight you have already lost and think of your longterm goals. How much closer are you now then you were when you started? Only a handful of people can say they did that.
