Thanks for this Steve. I think sometimes I need to sit and reflect on my life, what I do, and what I can do to help others. This song gave me one of those moments. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice to help others and I think a lot of folks have forgotten that or just refuse to believe it? Anyway, Thanks again man. I needed this.

I love Christ so dearly with all my heart yet I continue to let Him down with my sins. It's a good thing that He is so forgiving. You remind me that Easter is coming!

Some people just go to church on Easter Sunday and hear the songs of joy. I tell them that they have to go on Good Friday, hear the sad hymns, hear of the suffering, it makes the joy all that more meaningful!

It was at an Easter service, about ten years ago, that I got connected with Christ. My daughter wanted to go to Sunday School, so I started to take her. The first Easter service with her was when my ears were opened.

Easter has great meaning for me.

Every year I sing at a Good Friday Service we call the "Living Stations of the Cross" We have live actors, stage lighting, lots of time for reflective music and prayer, it is truly my favorite service of the year. You did fantastic on this song ! When I'm singing a worship song I find my self trying to hold back tears, trying not to mess up the song. While I'm playing and sing my thoughts are with Jesus and what he did for us. I'm not sad, I'm over filled with joy and out come the tears :)

thank you so much. I realize any talent I might have doesn't belong to me. It is only what God has allowed me to have. I could sound like Rodney Dangerfield if He willed it so. I take no credit whatsoever. You don't have to look very far to find many people so much more talented than I. thanks for the comment and the view. Personally I think this is the best vocals I have done for a youtube video. I just love this song. The words mean so much to me.
