As much as I never cared for the Street Fighter games, it's still pretty damn cool to have one of those CPS2 boards lying around. Just watch out for those damn suicide batteries. If those die, your game is toast, and I don't know if can recover CPS2 games if the suicide batteries die(I know you can recover Sega System 16 games with dead suicide batteries, but the Sega System 16 is a completely different beast from the CPS2).

Seeing this makes me want to get 1941 Counter Attack for the CPS1.

I love the CPS2. It's my favorite arcade hardware. Unfortunately, boards are a pain to come by. I'm still happy with my Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo cab, though.

I'm assuming that green casing is to protect the circuit board, right? Is this one of those games that I've heard you speak of that requires a battery in order for the graphics to work correctly? That cooling fan seems rather noisy, is it in the actual cabinet itself or is on the game board?

II cab', I suppose I could always play the AMIGA one on my cab', but that bitch is 8 disks if I am not mistaken, it might be 10, I might put it on for a laugh one day, it plays solidly but the graphics are tiny with massive boarders to keep the speed and fluidity up.

What the heck is a kick harness?

@Doom2Guy it's a seperate connector that is needed for these kinds of boards which allow you to have your Kicking moves, no harness, no kicking. That's where the "Kicker" is :O

@Doom2Guy It's for the extra buttons, generally used for kick buttons in a game. JAMMA only supports like 3 buttons so you have an extra connector for the other 3.

I know Capcom just released some app for the iPhone and Ipod touch called capcom arcade classics and has street fighter on it and have been playing it in between classes also ghouls and ghosts on it as well,the best part was its free.
