I was disabled in 2006 when me & my brother were run down by a drink-driver. My brother died and I have been struggling since. The Benefits offices have never left me alone from day one. Being honest with them has made them constantly send me forms to fill in, and each time when I contact them, they don't have my information. I was informed that my D.L.A. is to be taken away 22nd November 2010, when since the accident, I haven't improved, I have gradually become worse. Appeal starts tomorrow!

The claimant would be the victim. You know that these benefits were created after the asylums closed down? The asylums cost a hell of a lot more and over the last 50 years 'care system' has crumbled. Many disbled people would love to have more in the way of care and support than benefits but no such luck.

However, if jobseekers allowance was sufficient, those who do, would not be pretending to be ill would they? The solution is not to punish those who's circumstances are beyond their control. Good vid, adding to what you said, there is an obvious culling of the sick, chronically sick... The new governmental policiies are very like that of Nazi Germany. For those of us who are seriously ill, it will lead to slow, prolonged, torturous painful death. There will be malnutrition, cold related illnesses, little access to health care, care at home. Many are being forced to crawl to work despite serious life threatening illnesses. This is obscene, and can happen to anyone, to YOU too.

Welfare reform and these latest benefit cuts will make it more difficult for disabled people to find work, not help them as Mr Osborne claims. I believe that in any future campaign it should also be highlighted to those who may be pefectly healthy and in work at the moment that if they become ill or disabled these proposed benefit cuts would have a huge impact on their lives if the legislation needed is passed.
