  • No problem. Hou's movies matter to me. His best work, from my childhood in the '80s, went unreleased in the west. A friend who adores cinema, truth and beauty more than any distribution company ever could, helped me to find them, see them and share them. If you want to thank someone, her channel is imageinconnu. Mainstream media call these "art films" and try to limit them to tiny audiences and academics. I refuse to accept it. They're for people, the 99%, Asians, Europeans, Africans, Americans.
