The syncing is off but you mentioned that. The pace changes when he takes his time with long words, so I enjoyed splitting up with vowels later on in the song. Maybe try some emotive textures or something, there seems to be no reason for the text changing size.

I can't see much type size variation occuring because it would break the continuity of properly expressing his speech, which is pretty bland all the way through.

I think you'd get more out of a different rapper.
