Look at the houses across the road. All the houses have 5 windows. He's just stood in front of the next window along and the side window has been left open to make it look as though the window is open. You can see a mile off that this is a reflection in glass.

Besides, at the end you see the lights fly away very fast. In many UFO cases it has been common for the said UFO to be hovering/moving in sight and then quickly zipping away. This is totally legit.
