i suffer from IBS but now everyday im in pain i feel so bad and its affecting me so badly if anyone has advice just reply cos im sick of every day trying to act normal when i just want to double over cheers
IBS is treatable with an all natural process that does not include medications or other invasive procedures. I am fully recovered and have been so for over 10 years. The answer involves a plant based diet, probiotics and food enzymes, and a nutrient rich supplement like blue green algae.
If anyone here has IBS, don't go to the doctor. They do nothing. Go to a nutritionist or wellness center than analyzes blood under a microscope. I've been suffering for 5 years. Had my blood analyzed and based on my analysis, they put me on a very specific diet. No medication or supplements including fiber. 3 months later and my symptoms went from severe to mild. They said in about a year I should be better or cured.
you know, adult diapers will help restore your confidence! :) I also have IBS but I wear adult diapers for it since they are recommended to deal with the bowels! :) Try it, you shouldn't regret it! :)
i have ibs pain isnt the problem the problem is diarrhea imagine if u had about a minute to find a toilet or you know do it in your pants and hear your stomch go ROAAAAAAAAAR everyday and once i had diarrhea 7 times yay...
@McMIxTER I"m going to start a new channel strictly on the topic of IBS. Would you be interested in subscribing? Let me know and I"ll notify you when the channel is up.
It seems that way. I already take 6 different medications to try and control it. I have tried most things and have a very strict diet. I also dont eat dairy or wheat. :(
@selmyers5 That's not entirely true. Talk to your heathcare specialist and see what medications can be offered to relax the intestine. Also keep a very strict diet. Some research has shown the eating yogurt every morning can be very beneficial :) hope this helps!
hi, i have ibs and to be honest i don't know how you get through the day! how do you cope with it?.. and YES i've had soooo many moments like that,,, it's horrible!!
@emmsiloo Support from family and friends really helps. Educating them about your condition and the symptoms will make you feel comfortable and like you aren't alone during the process. Also diet is key! Eat high in fiber meals, and nutritional meals. Fast food is a no go unfortunately. :P Also my doctor gave me prescribed medication that helps relax the intestine when it's having a fit. So talk to your healthcare provider about your options. :)
