i've seen "what i had to eat today" menus of some raw fooders, and there didn't seem to be a big variety of foods on that list. i try to make sure i get all my "colors" in daily so i get all the vitamins etc., and nuts/seeds, for protein. and chocolate...because i like it. i'm always trying to get in the purples! this is just what works for me. i'm a "planning it out" kind of person.

Philosophy: Be committed to your own truth and expansion above all else & always look for the humanity and humor in everything! TED rocks.. lots of brilliant content. well I guess for me,..! discovering things.. going into the unknown, lot's of great energy following me when I try to do something, success/abundance/cash
