  • How right you are Tahrir; Wholeheartedly with you !

  • Please report that Luxor is safe. We depend on tourism and tourists do not realise that Cairo is a long way away. We have the men trying to support 6 family members with hardly any money. Luxor looks like a ghost town. Please help us!

  • These mother fuckers are setting an example that would make the wimps that fought in the US revolution blush. These fuckers are getting killed by armed soldiers and police with nothing but bricks and flags. The rich need to know that if they choose to persue their luxuries it will come at the cost of killing the very people they leech their comforts from. If you are rich, it's best just to kill yourself and get the fuck out of the way of progress. The old paradigms are dead. You are obsolete.

  • @elbowbiter1 That's real neato

  • I'll bet the Egyptian people aren't hugging the military after this 2nd go 'round. Good luck Egypt.

  • fuck sakes the military just needs to fuck off.

  • hitting rocks against the walls will not work in any revolution..Thats just a fact.

  • The problem with these demonstrations/protests/revolutions.. is they can throw out the figure heads, prime minsters.. presidents.. but the real power will still remain. They need to throw out the heads of the Military Industrial Complex, then the banking cartel, otherwise the revolutions are useless.

  • Have noticed the Britshit/Yankees or the french frogs are NOT CONCERNED--where is the UN no Flea zone? Get this, Moom Moo berck is actually still in control. Are Egips that stupid---get the Israel @sskisser---Peachie AOK for the UN to kill Sdaddam/ Kaaduffy' and sons. If you haven't noticed--EGip was Israel sidekick, now Turkey is groomed to take over. Are Arabs that FKN stupid cluts?

  • I'm feeling a little queasy mentally preparing myself for this kind of police state violence coming to the US, which it probably will if the 99% are going to win. I also feel a bit sick at the thought that maybe the US government is encouraging the war against the people of Egypt to discourage all of us from revolting against the psychopaths who have taken over all of the world's major institutions. It is major surgery, painful, scary, maybe fatal, but necessary for our survival and well being.

  • Excellent report.

The brave people of Egypt aren't buying the propaganda.

Their brothers and siters did not die in the spring to have the revolution destroyed by the army in the autumn.

The Egyptian people want real change.

And these brave men, women and young people are ready to pay the highest price for their freedom.

My solidarity goes to you the great people of Tahrir Square.

    The world is watching.

Revolutionaries all over the world see your courage!

    Peace ;-)

  • brilliant reporting

  • @peymaania I beg your pardon? How on earth could one devise of a thought to put to writ so fiendish a comment! You ought to have your marbles checked! Poppycock indeed.

  • WOW. This is by far the best coverage of the battles in Cairo that I have ever seen. Great reporting! Subscribed.

  • Good luck and God bless. You are an inspiration to the world.

  • "This is what REAL NEWS LOOKS LIKE!"

Sing: "We are winning, and doesn't it fell fine, to see the light in a child. We are willing."

UC Davis was brutal, but the US has no idea what Egypt Syria and others are facing daily. We need to have solidarity now and forever. We are all one family.

Injustice for some, is injustice for all.

    peace and love.

  • Statism replaced with statism = unhappy people.

  • The Real News rocks!

  • That's how you Occupy!

  • @ConsciouslyCreate211

You mean you don't occupy by saying cliche little slogans like... "this is what a democracy looks like" and "shame on you"?

  • @BloodTar No sane American wants to Occupy/Protest with a bunch of people who Watch their fellow protestors get beaten and sit/stand and do nothing to protect them. That is why most Americans are not with the Occupy Movement. Everybody has a God given right defend themselves against harm.

  • @ConsciouslyCreate211

Exactly. If they want me to join up with the Occupy movement, then by God they'd better be willing to defend themselves, defend me, kick some ass and be willing to truly get something accomplished. The American occupy movement is gonna die on the vine because there's no "give me liberty or give me death" mentality.

  • @BloodTar Now that would make a good slogan for OWS.

  • this is journalism

  • You guys need to raid another "intelligence" office building and grab everything you can get your hands on and shove onto the intertoobz ASAP.

  • Good Job!!!

    @Apple_WorldNews Support LatinoAmerica Brasil

  • i saw women fielding hospitals, getting shot, beaten, tear gassed. what a powerful image it is of the vibrant egyptian society. the corporate news in US and Canada always downplay the role of women in the arab society. i can say that there is so much the west can learn from the women in egypt. i am proud of my sisters in egypt and elsewhere, not necessarily the islamist brothers, but the common people in the street, both muslim and copts. viva egypt, viva palestine, viva occupation wall street.

  • @aburashdan Support from a regular American.I might end up moving there if they kick the bastards out.
