i played this game ten times in a row, and im on the 11th playthrough. the only thing that makes me mad is the strong viruses that comes after each game playthrough. like you'll be facing the highest mettaur when the game starts out again X(

bn4 was the absolute worst and believe me i've played all 6

the introduction of soul unison was still half baked so all of them paled in comparison to style changes

the story in bn4 also sucked..

first you win a district tourney, then a regional tourney, then a national tourney with little twists in between aaaand you had to play almost the same exact story 3 times to completely finish the game, that irritated me soooo much

It was also pretty unbalanced because blue moons souls didnt have good range (metal soul, woodsoul, protosoul etc) only good thing about this game was the music :)

Anyways to answer your question I'll keep it short, in BN4 the story is that a meteor is heading straight towards earth so the people are trying to stop it, in the mean time Lan enters a tournament but crosses paths with another terrorist group called nebula which is like the dark side of the force in Star Wars, so Lan must figure out who they are and stop them. That's the broad story.

This was the best battle network game. EXE3 was the worst. 85 mega chips and 20 giga chips FTL. Also, one giga chip required to netbattle a real person.

WHAT?! THIS was the worst batte network game! it was too short and the first boss fight was bullshit. The chips sucked ass. I had a shitload of trouble beating duo without any actually useful chips. the soul system was useless. The story line was repetetive and unoriginal. I could go on forever on how much 3 was better, but I'll just say that the guy complaining about the heat in a relatively warm area while wearing a huge coat shows how much thoughtlessness went into creating the game.

its not bad but its because you get shitty chips in the first play through and no1 wants to keep replaying for better chips since it gets boring

Also if you miss a chip and go to the next playthrough you cant get it without trading which sucks. Thats all >_>
