It is vibrato... not shake it!!!.. But good one though..

not really. you do vibratos with a whammy bar. shaking (vibrating) the string between the frets produces a different sound rather than slapping or twisting thy whammy bar. this technique is called shaking and is old as Bill Haley's "shake rattle n roll". Shaking a fretted note can produce altered tonalities and gives you a unique vibrato while vibrating a string when shaking the guitar with the right hand or using it on the whammy bar is vibrato

i use a built-in effect with my roland cube 30x

i use efx off, delay to the maximum, gain to the maximum, metal mode, volum turned bit enough to get neighbours not crazy and my treble is before half-way, bass and middle were were all maxed i think

look at the tab and listen to the song and not to me. :) and then look back at my vid and try to play like yourself and get the same sound as you heard. then practice...over and over and over again.
