SBC 350? How much did that install eventually cost you?

I've seen people putting the ls4 out of new impalas SS inside of smaller vehicles, and the engine isn't too much from salvage yards. Obviously it'll probably work seeing how those cars are brand new.

My point being... It closes cylinders down on highway cruising speeds. My friends fiero gets like 28mpg on a v8, it's nuts. And he probably doesn't baby it to get on the highway.

He had the sbc350 before... It was horrible at everything.

In a lot of the v8 vids I've seen the compression of the video ruins the awesome sound. It's rare to find a vid like this that retains that sound. IMO, Of all the manmade sounds in the world, the growl of a v8 is best to listen to.
