@thecrismaster099 Well the other pods were meant to invade the carrier, but Dare allocated Buck's squad to the ONI alpha site to extract the superintendent. When the carrier jumped, the other pods were vaporized due to their proximity to the ship, but Buck's squad survived since they were farther off. Rookie was knocked unconscious purely because the shockwave sent another pod flying into his, causing the brakes to fail.

Wow.....I JUST noticed the small picture of a women when he looks left. You can see her at point 2:44-2:45. Though it may not be impotent...it raises the question....who is that person in the picture? Could it be the Rockies mother?...or maybe his sister?...or maybe even his girlfriend? This only adds more mystery about who the Rockie really is and how he came to be part of this ODST squad. Anyways.....just felt like pointing that out. Still liking this bad ass cutscene!

@carby212 No, they were UNSC Military personal, only 12 of the 60 landed on the carrier before the slipspace, the others were destroyed instantly, so, put 12 troopers against 10,000+ covenant that is heading back home, yea...Those troopers are dead either way, only people that survived were the 6 ODST and 18 UNSC marines that made it in the water

If a ODST 2 is made, it needs to be more like a squad game, longer campaign, a multiplayer system with matchmaking and more characters who cross over from the main trilogy or novels.
