Look on Google earth at Atlanta. About 4 miles WNW of the I-75/I-85 split is the Chatahoochee River. There is a crook in the river where 20' above river level lays the Atlanta Waste Water Treatment Plant. If this flood raises the river 30' people down stream will have shitty tasting water.
