There actually is a zoo in Northern Michigan that has budgies. It is the zoo in Grand Rapids. Much smaller than the aviary in the video, but still budgies living in a flock! Visitors can only see them in the winter.

My bird is now mad and scolding me because we are out of millet spray and all he has extra for a treat is his honey cake, these budgies must be saying umm, millet! Lovely birds in a natural flock environment, wish I could give my therapy birds this in Norther MI.
