  • It would be perfect if you could list the ingredients in grams also! I'm not familiar with cups and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. Thanks. :)

  • I made this last night and It was delicious! Thanks :)

  • Salasa tabasco??? chipotle??? spicy mustard?? sir you must be mexican lmao

  • I made this today and it was great !!!!!!!!!!!

  • where do you buy all your groceries? i think that would help us out alot

  • gr88

  • how many calories would there be in this meal

  • Had this earlier on today with mustard and jalapeño and red pepper sauce, was very nice :) got a totally different perspective on food now I've seen your channel keep up the great work

  • Just prepared it :D

It was so yummy!! I added one teaspoon of parmesan :)

    You DESERVE a medal!! :D

  • Hi Michael!

Could make a video where you would show some healthy snacks that are easy to carry with you and they don't need to be in a fridge or anything. I'm a college student and I never really have time to eat a real lunch, so I have to snack. What things would be healthy snacks but also the kind that can be in my backpack for 2-3 hours before I eat them?

Thank you so much man, keep the videos coming, they and you are awesome! :)

  • Looks good, I never thought of cooking rice In bulk. I may try this so I have small portions to hand. Are you freezing it or straight from fridge?

  • @DollyMat Hi! I do cook brown rice in bulk. I just put it on the fridge uncovered. It can last maybe upto 5 days. it may get a bit dry but u can bring it to life by adding water to the rice that u will eat for maybe 5 min then drain and heat it. This method is not applicable to white rice which spoils easily.

  • I'm so glad I found this channel! I'm starting a healthy diet after the holidays and so far I love your recipes.

  • im a girl and your calories are way too high for me :( the fat count is so low but the calories are waaaay too high. But its yummy

  • @jojony20 The calories are actually at a healthy average for anyone (300-350 cals). You can just eliminate 1 meal for the day if it exceeds your daily limit depending on your goal. Plus they are all quality calories as well, and you can always taylor them to your needs. However, If I were to skimp on a 300 calorie meal, I'd be running on fumes, not fuel - and that applies to girls to (especially if you are active).

  • looks good, perfect for a pre/post workout

    thanks man !

  • my mom used to make something similiar like that 4 me when i was little i never knew other people ate tuna this way lOl

  • would it still be a full meal with out the brown rice ?!

  • @takenwithlove06 For a low carb meal yes!

  • @takenwithlove06 carbs are good and essential in one's diet. but u must choose complex carbs over simple ones and that makes the big diff.

  • This is such an amazing meal. Thanks!! I love this channel.

  • This was my launch today! I added some extra garlic and lemon juice, and it tasted like heaven! :-)

  • Awesome! Please upload more meals instead of desserts! THanks and keep it up!

  • If you get fresh broccoli, you could even eat the whole thing without cooking. It'll literally take less than 5 minutes to put together if you have the rice done already.

  • Awesome stuff man! Any recipes to make oatmeal a little tastier?

  • Props to you man, seriously. I have been watching lots of healthy cooking vids; simply because im tired of cooking the same things over and over. But its amazing how much into detail you go with your vids. So thanks and keep it up, and im subscribing.

  • GREAT VIDEO

  • How do you keep your rice from going dry when you cook it in bulk? How do you store it?

  • This came out super super delicious. I have kinda an odd question. I have a lot of bags of puffed wheat and dont know what to do with them. Do you have any puffed wheat snack ideas???

  • You should have your own cooking show!!! I don't eat meat at all but I do like to "modify" these recipes by adding different kinds of beans....making a sort of "Mexican Stir Fry". And I LOVE the chocolate peanut butter protein no bake cookies!!!

  • Can you come and live with me for 2 months so i can loose weight please?
