I personally liked Cynthia better. Yoko was mean to Julian and Cynthia... But if John loved her, I will accept her. FWI Cynthia wrote an amazing book about her side of the story of John's life. Its called John.

What kind of rubbish statement is that?!? "If he had stayed with Cynthia, he'd still be living." If he had stayed with Cynthia, he would have been miserable because she was never the love of his life - Yoko was. And also, if he had stayed with Cynthia, he probably never would have moved to NYC either. Shame that. John & Paul ended up playing in bands/making albums with their non-musician wives. Yoko: a respected conceptual artist- Linda: a great photographer. They were not musicians and, to some extent, this becomes obvious when considering The Plastic Ono Band and Wings-But hey! It was DIFFERENT from the norm, something The Beatles were good at as a group and some good songs, too. Result! and move on!

Don't be sorry that is so correct. When John went with May she is the one who wanted John to see Julian who was in London while John was in America. Yoko just wanted John all to herself therefor cutting him off from everyone important to him. When he finally realized that he was going to see his family but got shot by some fat...well you know. We might of said that if Cynthia would of just gotton pregnant there'd of been a different outcome as well, had it never actually happened, but it did and it sure didn't hold John back in that instance either did it? Its all just speculation what could or would of happened. The only person who could of ever said for sure is John and he's dead, and even if he weren't, you'd still have to question weather or not he'd be telling us the truth.

I think most of the the world can't see what John saw in her, but obviously, he did see it, and he did love her for it. Since his death, she has been a dignified, graceful widow, quietly carrying on his interests. I must say, I've developed quite a lot of admiration for her.
