Adjust Firefox Font Size

i like everything about firefox except for the text size, its fucked up.

Okay, I have Firefox 10 and am having difficulty with the font size adjustments. I went into the tools > options, etc. as this guide details, but even setting the font size to max I saw no difference. I don't want to change what style of font the sites use; I wanna permanently enlarge CERTAIN text (i.e. on DevArt the text for everything except "Add to Favorites," "Download Image," etc is tiny, but when I do the ctrl+ it's like you said & it makes the big text too big. Can someone help please?!

THANK GOD I DID THIS WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS SO SMALL I HAD TO TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE SCREEN AND THEN ENLARGE IT TO VIEW!

Thank you! I also noticed that my font was fine on every web page EXCEPT youtube (very tiny!). After you set you font make sure "Allow pages to choose their own fonst, " is NOT CHECKED OFF. :)

Do you have a video on how to do this as of 2010? FF has changed and "options" is no longer an option under tools, they took it out for some reason.

You Rock!!! Just upgraded to Windows 7 and couldn't take the tiny type! Looked all over the Net until my eyes closed themselves at 2 am to no avail (all the info I found directed me to the view menu and the "change font" button, which my menu didn't have and I couldn't find a way to insert...hmmm, maybe YOU know how:-)

@quest8899 I think that its very necessary to can save the font size for individual pages, because sometimes you can use a one size or other.

That's quite nice, but how about all the other fonts, like the menus, tabs, status bar and all the other ribbons.

does anyone have a clue why would a programmer would think that someone who has trouble reading fonts in the content of the page has NO problems with all the other fonts that firefox displays on the screen, eh?

Didn't work for me. When i "ctrl++" the layout of the page is lost. When i change it from the content, it does not affect google or wikipedia. They just remain the same size. ( i am using chromifox )

Cheers for this ^_^. Just google'd how to fix it and this came up. Had a problem where one page was small text and I couldn't figure out how it enlarge it.

Anyone know how to change the font type on firefox? The text appears as a script instead of Verdana or something more readable. What is their font type?
