I think that Dizzy will have survived the skorge. I think the skorge took Tai because he looked the hardest to kill, therefore making him an advantageous ally - I'm sure they tortured the humans in order for them to be transformed into locust. But, Ben Carmine from the first game had two brothers - one of them will appear in the third game!
