  • ahhhh nostalgia video.

  • if you're into hard core gaming ,go pc,if not,go mac

  • Guess who is not going to buy a mac this year ........ME!

  • Comment removed

  • i totally agree with you! MACS ARE NOTHING BUT BUCKETS OF SHIT THAT GO 10011110110101001110100101!!!!!!

  • True story

  • *crappy cheap materials. That explained it all.

  • ...It's not fucking overpriced. Why? simple answer. All the computer is behind the screen built in a single titanium "block" wich is not assembled, it really is a SINGLE piece of Metal/titanium. And after using it for 5 years, it still has value, you could still sell it for a good 800$ if it costs you 1500$. With a PC, crappy plastic assembled pieces, (could just kick the machine with my boots and it would break) and after 5 years you couldn't sell it for a good price because of it's crappy che

  • @atomicenergy97

Actually, anyone in the industry knows that plastic is more expensive to produce than aluminum, which is very cheap. Therefore, if the Mac-customer-logic is to be trusted, PCs are of a higher quality build than Macs are, yes?

  • @MaestroDraven First, i specified that it was Metal, and then TITANIUM. Whats not clear? Have i ever said aluminium? How can be Plastic more resistant than metal? I'm currently pressing both sides of my mac and it's really resistant, but if i would do that on a PC it would just squeak and finally break. PCs are better quality build? HAHAHA my ass, i can compare them each day at school and when i get back home on my nice Mac.

  • @atomicenergy97 actually, plastic is much less likely to dent then aluminum, so for most drops of like 4 feet then yeah plastic is probly better. If you were to smash your laptop or something chances are the plastic would go into a ton of shards, lol. Not really going into aesthetics or texture, though =/

There is also the possibility of plastic having a better shock absorption to lessen damage done to internal components, although not entirely sure

  • @ItsToastdoodle

Aluminum does not absorb shock, no. Plastic is softer and less dense, so it has better shock absorption.

  • @ItsToastdoodle When i said quality build, i forgot to specify something (that i said earlier) that it's also about how it is NOT assembled, but only a single piece of material covering it all up. It's not like plastic assembled PCs. But anyway, who would go around like an idiot throwing his computer and say "fuck, it bent!". Even if it's aluminium, just compare them both at the same time, i did it and: The Mac's screen is Brighter, When pressing the PC's plastic it's squeaking....

  • @atomicenergy97

The Mac screen isn't brighter. They're simply using LED. Lots of companies have been doing the same thing for a while. Apple isn't doing anything new, nor did they do it first.

  • @ItsToastdoodle And yeah, actually my father dropped his MacBook Pro someday, it bent just a little, only had to change the Battery because it couldn't fit anymore in it. But, the computer was totally fine, nothing was wrong at all, it still worked well.

  • @atomicenergy97 For most people (including me) aluminum is probably the better material to go for, after all who the hell would drop a laptop from a 3 story building lol, although if you need a durable laptop to withstand the elements, plastic should keep the components all safe and sound. Dont wanna start a flame war, so I tried summing it all up =P

  • @ItsToastdoodle ALSO, another thing, maybe aluminium can be bent more easily, (but hey, like i said, who would throw his computer around like an idiot) but when your fan is overheating, Plastic is much likely to burn/melt, while aluminium would resist to that. (One of the reason why PCs have batteries problem, due to overheating)

  • @atomicenergy97 Very, very true, plastic will trap heat like crazy, although I havent seen any batter problems, and my CPU tops off at 189F (lol dead hot), the only problems with heat Ive seen are the CPU/GPU freezing, or a worst case scenario, restarting itself

Off topic, but I did some research and read that the plastic will not break unless you go full balistic on it, itll eventually yield to extreme stress, then just stretch on back to its original shape, just some info for a previous topic

  • @ItsToastdoodle I'm not stupid, i can clearly tell you're sarcastic just from the first few words. You can think what you want to, i can't do anything about it. But, let's look this into an other angle, for example take an empty plastic can of water and put it in the fire. Yeah, it will never melt i'm pretty sure too ;) But anyway, like i told MaestroDraven, i'm giving up. PC FANBOYS are close minded and can't take another person's opinion and FACTS that disprove what they think.

  • @atomicenergy97 i actually wasnt being sarcastic when i said plastic traps heat? although I wont deny that I use PC, Sager FTW :D

  • @ItsToastdoodle Ok, i misunderstood on this one, my apologies. (no sarcasm there :P) And actually, to be precise; i don't think Windows is total crap. I'm stating my opinion and facts about what i know just so maybe people could shut the fuck up and stop being fanboys. But it serves to nothing, they're all behind a screen and always have the big talking but when they come in the real life and face somebody they're screwed. (I'm talking about fanboys, not PC owners in general, don't get me wrong)

  • @atomicenergy97

I don't see what talking behind a screen has to do with a debate. Are you suggesting you'd try to pick a fight with them in real life? How childish!

  • @MaestroDraven First, i'm not talking about picking a fight, never ever precised that. You're making up stories and trying to look more intelligent by calling me childish. Second, Macs aren't overpriced, and there's a simple explanation: Apple make their OWN components and parts. That's just like printing T-Shirts, you want to print 'em in your country, it will cost you much more, but if you print 'em in China, it's CHEAPER and cost a lot less. Apple build it all by themselves.

  • @atomicenergy97

    Woe....wait a sec!!

Are you telling me that Apple makes their CPUs, video cards, RAM, hard drives, and LED displays???

    Please be clear on this!

  • @atomicenergy97

"but if you print 'em in China, it's CHEAPER and cost a lot less. Apple build it all by themselves."

    - But unfortunately....ALL Apple products are made in China at Foxconn! Am I truly debating with someone like you, atomic? Are you lacking simple, basic knowledge that everyone else already knows?

  • @MaestroDraven At least if it's not themselves that build them, the components are of a higher quality. People like you will always say: "I can get the same thing for cheaper" DUDE! You just explained to yourself why it costs less! it's cheaper!! CHEAP! Apple costs more because it's QUALITY. Plus, have you answered me about my sources that are MACRUMORS? You're just taking every single mistake i made and make fun of it. Just go on MacRumors, see with your own eyes that macs arent what you think.

  • @atomicenergy97

No they're not! :) How can Intel sell the same CPU to both Mac and PC, but have the Mac version be higher quality?

Please explain this to me. Explain how Hynix RAM (a generic brand) can compete with OCZ or Corsair, who are offering the best industry-leading RAM in the business?

    I'm waiting. Tick tock.

  • @MaestroDraven Still, you haven't replied me about MacRumors, i'm also waiting. And to be frank, i don't even know why i started "trying" to debate there, i'm a teenager and i take example from my father working with macs and explaining me why it's better in his opinion. He's a web developer, he develops applications and other web stuffs, but i don't have his knowledge to win a debate like that. Maybe would he? I can just tell you that my father isn't clueless and know A LOT about computers.

  • @atomicenergy97

I smell backpedalling. you just said that Apple makes all their own components....then you switched gears when you got caught and said they were of higher quality.....then you switched gears again....and deflected when I brought up some common sense.

Sorry guy, but you need some computer classes. If your dad taught you, then so does he, because he's doing a terrible job. Next time, be SURE of what you're posting before hit POST. You'll save yourself mass embarrassment.

  • @atomicenergy97

Anyways, with that....I'm leaving. I can't debate with you any longer because you lack the qualifications and experience necessary to maintain a debate with me. It just won't work. You lack way too much information about the platform you're defending to put up any sort of defense. Perhaps in the future. Either way, use what you like.

  • @MaestroDraven I just like much more the way you talk now. But no, my father isn't teaching me all his knowledge, he's just throwing facts like that when i ask him a question. He surely would be a better guy to debate with on this subject, but as a teen, i'm not always repeating exactly and perfectly what i hear. My father is a really intelligent guy that make great choices and know what he's doing, he has so much valid argument when he explain something to me, and all that in his own words.

  • @atomicenergy97

Dude, even when debates get heated, I don't take them personally. It's healthy to get viewpoints across, but sometimes I gotta' show tough love! I actually have no issues with Macs per say. It's just how Apple makes them out to be something they're not. I would actually buy a Mac if Apple stopped price gouging and fixed their weakest points, namely security and hardware configs. Right now, it's unjustifiable to me.

  • @atomicenergy97

" You just explained to yourself why it costs less! it's cheaper!! CHEAP!"

Tell me then....how Apple can charge $750 dollars to upgrade 6GB of RAM to 16GB of RAM in a Mac.....when Corsair's high-performance, enthusiast-grade RAM (at higher clock speed and lower latency timings) sells for $300 bucks in a 16GB pack?

Now don't forget.....the Corsair RAM is an industry-excellence product, of better quality, and faster!

    Explain.

  • @MaestroDraven That means i'm stopping there. Just take it like you won. End of discussion.

  • @atomicenergy97

It's not about winning, guy. It's about you realizing your error and wisely exiting from the debate. You're not doing it very honorably, mind you. You could at least admit that you were totally wrong. But....at least you know. ANd I respect that.

  • @MaestroDraven Yeah, i must admit that how i was putting things was wrong, but it's not either true saying that somebody is clueless to buy a Mac.

Off topic: I looked your channel and i noticed you really liked Metal. Well we have one common point and that's it. I also really like metal, and was disappointed when i realized that i was debating with you while we could be sharing cool opinions about band and all this stuff.

  • @atomicenergy97

But yes, been a metal guy all my life. I had the privilege of playing with 7th Reign for a while whose ex-singer was from Eidolon, the Drover bros.' previous band before joining Megadeth. I cross over though into electronic. Its amazing how closely you can take Metal's format and apply it to heavy dance music.

  • @MaestroDraven I don't know 7th Reign, Eidolon or the Drover bros, but it sounds pretty good to me :P But for sure i know Megadeth, a great band! And yeah, metal is a very large universe of many sub-genres, it almost fits with any other styles! =D

  • @atomicenergy97

First comment got booted. I was just going to say, no matter how heated a debate gets, I never take it too seriously :) And neither should you. I fully recognize how irritating it is when someone questions your platform of choice, but....just step back from Apple's talk for a moment and investigate for yourself. Ask questions. I question EVERYTHING I buy. I have no brand loyalty if I'm getting the shaft. That goes for PC, Mac, or my car purchase.

  • @MaestroDraven You're right on that. I'm sure that's what my father did, because it was the same thing for learning how to Script. He all learned by himself, bought books, looked on the internet, etc. I will certainly do so, but as a teen, i'm just taking example from my family :P

  • @atomicenergy97

Not to sound like an arrogant dick, guy, but if you want some advice on this whole thing, just ask! I'm easygoing and I can help you out. Rest assured I have nothing against Macs, but don't assume PCs are all atrocious.

That being said, I have to go pick up my wife. talk to you soon.

  • @MaestroDraven Fine! =D

  • @MaestroDraven Anyway, i have to go, i'm glad to see that we can talk more friendly. Wish you a nice day and see yah next time :P

  • @atomicenergy97

apple dont make their own parts dipshit! you just fucked yourself!!

  • @eyeinsistGT3 And you're just being an immature fanboy.

  • @eyeinsistGT3

Indeed :) I had no idea that Apple owned Intel, AMD, Hynix, Western Digital, and Samsung! I mean.....Samsung and Apple are actually suing each other right now.....so I guess they're.....suing each other?

This brings up a wonderful point that I believe in however. Most Mac customers (I say most, not all) are completely clueless about computers in general, and that's why they fell for Apple's trap. This is living, breathing proof.

  • @atomicenergy97 Go Sager lol, well anyway I wish Macs had the choice/upgradeablility or whatever as PCs, and PC should really get better batteries and thinner cause my Sager goes out in like an hour O_o

Anyway not going to reply anymore, lol the flamewar of sorts is over, and MasestroDravens ragings kept me entertained XD

  • @ItsToastdoodle

Raging? :) What raging? This is debating. I see no rage here. I've seen lots of people rage at ME, mind you. Why everyone takes this sort of thing so personally is beyond me. Just rely on facts. What else is there? At the end of the day, we're all going to go use whatever we want, but debating is healthy, and brings up points either side may not have known.

  • @atomicenergy97

Mac unibodies are aluminum, not titanium. Aluminum is extremely malleable and bendable. If you drop your Mac, you'll dent the case, and it will do nothing to absorb shock for the components inside. As someone who has worked in the metals and polymers industry, this is bottom-rung knowledge. Aluminum is used by Apple for exterior aesthetics and as a means to keep costs low so they can price gouge.

  • For this, read my Reply to ItsToastDoodle.

  • The only reason why you people say PCs are better is just for fucking Gaming. You know, Mac isn't necessarily made for Gaming, it's much like simple and a WorkingTool. I mean, just compare both interfaces. PC is so fucking annoying on that one, it's hard to figure out where things are due to the ugly interface on it. On Mac it's just so simple, even just searching something on your computer is quicker. Can't explain all my thoughts, but let's move to another point...

  • @atomicenergy97

Funny, but I've never had a problem finding, well.....anything on a Windows-based PC. How difficult could it possibly be? What are you having trouble finding, exactly? Let's isolate the reasons WHY you're having such a hard time, first. There's got to be a logical explanation.

  • @MaestroDraven And for the interface, it's just not simple enough, on a mac all things are put to a logical emplacement and it's quicker to get what you want. Just having the Application Bouncing on the Dock when you open it can clearly tells you it's loading, but on Windows when you open an Application, you just have to wait till it opens and if there's a problem you can't be sure if you really clicked it. Just little things like that that just make me think a Mac is better.

  • @atomicenergy97

That's interesting, as I can boot Photoshop in 3 seconds on a Windows 7-based PC, so I've no idea what you're talking about. The Dock is a gimmick. Rocketdock and Winstep Nexus offer the same (and better) functionality and can be added on within seconds.

Docks don't make OS's. Performance does, and a number of third-party companies including CNET have shown OSX eating W7's dust when it comes to heavy computational workloads like rendering and benchmarking.

  • @MaestroDraven I didn't said the Windows Interface was shitty, i said that the Mac's one is simpler, better to use... I've experienced both, but i personally think it's less complicated to use. If you'd have read the Steve Jobs book, you'd know that he was always trying to make things a lot more simple. He worked hard to tell his employee's when something was too painful in the ass to work with so they could improve it to be more simple.

  • @atomicenergy97

Simple is not always better. Simple called also mean "narrow," which is never good. I like having all the options in the world with my OS, to do what I wish without having to be under someone's thumb, which is what OSX is all about.

Photoshop is in no way a PC port to Mac : ) It was developed for Macintosh first! Even Adobe openly admitted their surprise that PCs always run their software better than Macs.

  • @MaestroDraven In my opinion, it's better, less complicated in other words. And oh sorry, i mistaken, Photoshop was made for Mac first. That's not my problem if they didn't programmed it well, i can easily work on a Apple's software operating so much better than on PC, for example iTunes, and other stuff they made for Windows too. And about the Screen being brighter, your just saying it in other words. LED. It's still brighter, and i never ever said that it was NEW.

  • @MaestroDraven I also recommend you to go see on MacRumors' Forums, there's a pretty good topic about what to choose between a Mac and a PC and THERE you could see a lot of paragraphs of explanation from Mac owners that defend their points pretty well, in fact it's the thing i can't do here on YouTube because i don't know as much as them and also because of the characters limit in the comments.

  • @atomicenergy97

No interest. I know all of the differences between Mac and PC. Macs have the worst security, inferior hardware configs, they can't handle extreme workloads like Windows 7 can, their parts are out of date, software compatibility requires Windows, which makes it an auto-fail right there.

I don't care about how nice it looks I'm not a touchpad user as I require the precision of a mouse, and I can do everything better on a PC, from video editing to visual FX to music creation.

  • @MaestroDraven The first paragraph just described how much of a close mind uninformed dumbass you are. I can't argue anymore with a retard like you, so i'm just gonna FUCK OFF and stop right there, because even if somebody would throw all the facts in your face and make an article about it, you would still stay close minded. Goodbye and i wish you to someday, open your mind to some new horizons. Cheers

  • @atomicenergy97

If you're going to get angry and scream and swear like a child then that's your choice. I'm sorry my words upset you so much. I would suggest that you try not to be so sensitive in the future. It's not closed-mindedness. It's facts. You simply don't LIKE the facts, so you're going on the attack. I understand. Nobody likes to be told that their impulse buy wasn't worth it.

  • @MaestroDraven How am i screaming, swearing and getting angry? I even said Cheers to you, and you think i'm angry. Macs aren't worth it huh? Again, you're a close mind because you have your self based idea of a "PC fanboy" about computers, and trash Macs. My sources? Already told you, go on Mac Rumors and type in "PC vs Mac" and THERE you will find Mac and PC owners knowing what they talk about. Macs aren't overpriced, and many could prove it isn't on this forum. I'm done

  • @atomicenergy97

Well, yes they are overpriced, and I've already proved it. $1500 for a computer with three times the power of a $4000 iMac proves that just fine, and no amount of backtalk can change that.

Ironically.....I actually don't have a problem with Macs per say. It's how Apple markets them. They're no better than PCs, and in some specific cases, quite a lot worse. Apple has a HUGE slate of potential to work with, and they refuse to, so they can price gouge you.

    Not for me.

  • @atomicenergy97

But.....if you're going to call me closed-minded and uninformed, please explain why, and post your sources. I already have mine.

Google Pwn2Own.....for the last several years.

And read "Enterprise Mac Security: OSX Snow Leopard." written by actual Apple employees who have spoken out at Defcon and Black Hat. If, after that, you're willing to call B.S. on Apple itself....then there really is no hope for you.

  • @MaestroDraven Also, Photoshop is a ported version from the PC to Mac. It's totally normal that it's a little quicker on Windows, just like games from 360 Ported to PS3. (it's laggy) But we should take for example: Minecraft. You must agree with me that it's a crappy graphic game. (But an excellent adventure/creative game for sure) Weirdly, this game is turning my fan ON when it's running, because it's taking too much Juice for nothing big at all!...

  • @MaestroDraven It could take so much less power, but the reason for this, is Java. Java is programmed so it can be easily portable to an other platform but failed to take a little percent of power. I could open any other program that would be supposed to take much more power that this shit, and the Fan will never turn ON. Like a game called Amnesia the dark descent. Those graphics are so much better than minecraft, right? But he fan is never turned ON.

  • I hate it at my school they give us macs and they are SO slow and crash often..

  • vanhus.naamapalmu.fi/files/4n/medium/zKR23rP8dpibmm3zZssq.jpg

The reason why I wanted a mac: reliability at live performance.

  • what song is playing in the background? i wanna use it for a shortfilm if someone knows where i can download it please reply

  • Why the hell do private schools give you Macs i would rather a freaking imb FOR CHIRST SAKE

  • it's supposed to be satire, but I don't see any truth behind it- although I've never used the old macs.

  • @cooljunkproductions "but I don't see any truth behind it"

Enjoy changing any hardware or customising your system in any way...oh wait.

Yeah, the internet isn't the place to come and try to tell everyone that macs are just great, this isn't a wives book club meeting.

  • The day that Apple allows for use of Mac OSX on ANY computer (why would anyone want to do that?) I will give them some credit. The fact is, these are the guys that actually charge money to let their users TEST beta OS stuff. Could you imagine how kick ass a computer would be if Microsoft built their own PC to go with Windows? If you choose to use Mac OS over Windows, you are doing it because you are a Fan-boy or you are really, really stupid. My Crapple runs Win7 better than Mac OS.

  • @rsh0763 I made this post on a Mac... Yippee fucking skippy.

  • @rsh0763

It's a classic case of bait-and-switch, in legal form. Apple doesn't allow OSX to be run on any other computer because that's not where they make their money. By forcing it on a Mac, the customer must actually buy a Mac. Everyone knows that Apple price-gouges severely for horrendously underpowered hardware configurations, and marks up RAM and Hard Drives by about 5 times their cost. If OSX was allowed to run on any system, the Mac line would die tomorrow.

  • I still dont get why Mac users are the "fags", but Windows users are those who make fun of Mac users. -.-

  • who is watching this in 2012

  • What is title of that music?! I MUST HAVE IT!

  • I show this to people that like mac.

  • Comment removed

  • Mazokii I think you are poor and you can't buy Mac so you have stupid windows

I know how you are feeling because I used to

    Have windows in past

  • @wweallshows It's a bit dumb to accuse people of being poor just because they prefer to buy a better computer that just happens to cost less.

  • @wweallshows My PC cost me $1500. Now, I COULD have gone out and bought a Mac for that amount of money, but I wanted a computer that actually had some decent specs. So I bought a PC with Windows 7, and I now dual boot with Ubuntu Linux.

Buying a PC rather than a Mac is not a matter of being poor. It's a matter of being an intelligent shopper.

    Learn the difference.

  • @wweallshows

Are you surprised that your expensive luxury Mac can't beat a PC that costs up to $1000 less? Then what did you spend all that money for? Just to say you did?

  • Mac is way to expensive. I mean cmon $999 for an air which has a hardrive that can only hold 64 gigs.

  • Steve Jobs hires people to make videos that say Microsoft is crap. EDIT: *hired

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *snort* HA HA HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • I think the Mac is cooler and better

  • @wweallshows great argument.. I'm sure there's plenty of research behind it.

  • @wweallshows i think you should go and die

  • @wweallshows Yeah you sure did lots of research on it.

  • check out my mac vs pc videos! i let pc win aswell :D

  • So, who won?

  • I think that Mac is cooler, but PC is better.

  • @Ellisthemechanic PC is not better for DAW, never has been, never will.

  • @bendikn yeah really, sales prove it too.

  • The funny thing is, I'm watching this on a Mac.

  • @ProfOmnom Same. I have the problems spelled out in this video

  • @ProfOmnom I'm watching it on my Mac too, because I just can't see letting all that money go to waste. At least it can do the simple things. People like to note these videos are old, but at this point, Win 7 is rendering the Mac useless. With my corporate Tech workstation, we have 5 Win7 devices in the house. Over the past two years, one of them has crashed 1 time, that is ONE time. My Macbook Pro, which I use because it is really cool (so they say) crashed two times last week.

  • @rsh0763

Wise words, and I commend you for admitting the truth instead of hiding your head in the sand like so many others. I too have nothing really against Macs per say, but Apple makes them out to be dream machines with no issues, when in fact they're just as prone (or worse) as PCs are. The decaying security of Mac OSX has me extremely worried for the Mac community as Apple's popularity grows.

  • @rsh0763 Amen

  • @ProfOmnom Oh yeah, we use the Mac for all our iPhones and iPods. It is no secret that the early releases of iTunes were designed to run better on Apple devices than PC's, even the functionality is different. It is just Jobs' ghost, continuing mission of "if you are going to do it, you are going to do it my way and you are going to love it"

  • @rsh0763 Fuck itunes. Winamp all the way.

  • @ProfOmnom same ;)

  • @ProfOmnom same

  • 0:26 - 0:38 is the best

  • apple is better at mobile devices, windows is better at computers. period.

  • @vnvxvnv

Well said. Apple's future is in the mobile industry. The quicker they realize that, the better off they'll be as a company.

  • @vnvxvnv Not really.

  • Do not think Bill Gates made pc. IBM did.

  • @MrNintendovirtualboy

ibm made the first one ibm i but wondows, osx, linux, unix, aix, ... are pcs too.

bill gate made windows ibm did not.

  • @Julin2Dominican

Then I suppose the book "Enterprise Mac Security: OSX Snow Leopard" was written by Apple's own infrastructure employees for.......what? The fun of it?

  • god I hate niggers

  • You can just tell this guy is a virgin..

  • @STEVEyoooo And if you never knew he hated macs you would never say that. Just proving the pointlessness of your comment.

  • @MadHornetSeries you too, sir, must be a virgin. just stop being such a fucking bitch and go find some pussy

  • @STEVEyoooo Same goes with that comment too.

  • @MadHornetSeries Same goes with your mom sucking my cock last night while your dad watched.. pointless because I AM YOUR FATHER

  • @STEVEyoooo Then what's my mother's and father's names? And where do we live? Nice try but no.

  • @STEVEyoooo Eww you like old ladies

  • @CyanoticBrute Hellz yeah I do. I've fucked your mom, grandma and great grandmother

  • @STEVEyoooo Wow i can tell that you did you homo u like old saggy V@G1N4

  • @CyanoticBrute yuuuuuum the women in ur family taste so yummmmmy

  • @STEVEyoooo yeah, do you know why? bechose unlike mac users, pc users dont get fucked up the arse.

  • @STEVEyoooo he used to be a virgin, but then he took a PC to the Mac.

  • @STEVEyoooo He used to be a virgin.. but then got bought a PC laptop and saved $1000 which he used to go on vacation and got laid there.

  • @nimkal Did he get a virus from the girl like he did on his pc?

  • @STEVEyoooo No because unlike many retards he downloaded the free Microsoft Security Essentials. No virus

  • shout out to all the ppl who can't afford macs so they hate on them

  • @OVOX0

There's a difference between being unable to afford something, and refusing to pay a significantly higher amount of money for a lesser-powered product. There is no denying Apple's ridiculous price tags. Just check their upgrade costs. Unfathomable! There are many in the world who know when they're getting ripped off, and refuse to take it. "A fool and his money are soon parted." If you blindly spend money, you will lose it quickly.

  • @MaestroDraven that is true, but you aren't only paying for a lesser powered product. you're paying for the high quality, engineering, design that stands out from others, ease of use, and of course Apples own Operating System

  • @OVOX0

High quality? Untrue. Any company that sells 1 Mac for every 100 PCs is obviously going to conjure the illusion of better quality. No different than the homicide rate between Canada and the U.S. Canada appears lower, but the ratio of killings per capita is roughly the same. As for aesthetic design, I fail to see how that factors into workflow. Are aesthetics worth an extra $700 to $1000 to you? As for OSX, it's no better than Windows 7. Not by a long shot.

  • @OVOX0

If you don't believe me, then why are Macs the most notoriously exploitable machines around right now? OSX is to blame, with virtually no security which has been proven for the last several years, without any evidence to the contrary. It can't keep up with Windows 7 at peak rendering and intense workloads, so again, I fail to see what you're paying more for. OpenCL and GCD? They were buzz words for all of 15 minutes. You'll notice they're barely mentioned anymore.

  • @OVOX0

for $3000 I can make a computer with better specs than an $8000 mac pro.

and if I actually wanted Apples OS I could download it.

  • @NathynKelly and you would call it hackintosh.

  • Pc=Gaming

    Mac=editing Browsing,etc

  • @TheIRIEIMiX I disagree respectfully

    PC=Gaming, most of global software

    Hackintosh: Editing and Browsing e.t.c

    MAC: Underpowered

  • @TheIRIEIMiX

    Pc=Anything

    Mac=Some things

  • Mac sucks

  • I had to use a Mac during my art course. The school only had them, and believe me- I was -this- close to throwing it out a window. I'd never experienced so many Photoshop crashes and freezes in all my life.

  • @BusinessDog2000

It is interesting to note that Apple only recently received 64-bit Photoshop support. I agree, it's not the optimal platform for graphic design. I remember a job I took a few years back, managing a graphic department. I was astounded to see them all using Macs because apparently,"they needed them." I sold the Macs, built an army of custom high-powered PCs, saved the company thousands in upgrade costs, and fired 2 out of the 5 artists who refused to switch.

  • PC >>>>MAC

  • I like the handle. That's so you can attach a chain and use it as a BOAT ANCHOR!! lol, this guy is awesome xD

  • Looks like I won't be buying a Macintosh laptop anytime soon...

  • Nothing new... Mac sux and its pretty expansive for the noobs!

  • haha. I absolutely love my Mac, but this was f-ing HALARIOUS!

  • Awesome video!

Regardless of the Mac vs PC bullshit.

  • They should have and android vs iphone lol

  • Lol well

I can say I've owned 10 macs and notebooks, none of them really got my eye for an interest however I do have an iPhone

But no matter what I'd still choose a PC, reason being is I cannot update a Mac, do I buy and buy and I hate and hate, the only thing I've really liked is I cannot hack a Mac, fucking things are not meant to be tampered with, and I work with macs, pc's, and Linux every day and still a Mac is the only thing I cannot hack, so I choose a PC

  • this is 5 years old now lol so mac fanboys complaining go get a life, and a PC

  • U cant compare a mac and a windows computer

  • @JaycePetersonTV Because a PC is just better.

  • LOL no wonder that the vid is 240p only

  • So... I got the blue screen of death on my pc and lost all my files...

  • @jeanlucncoelho The only files I lost from a pc crash is a word document I didn't save during the work, and that would be my fault not the computers.

  • I take it you dont like macs??

  • @RTWdude there not as good as PC's , people just don't know how bad macs are, mac just look good, and don't do much for you, but PC's just as good but Better than Macs, just saying xD

  • @legendsveil Oh yes i know.... Im no mac fan.. :)

  • @RTWdude Awesome :)
