I truly hope WIND brings real change. The potential is massive. Fido started off great, then got sucked into the Rogers vortex. Boom, another viable competitor taken out. Hopefully, WIND can create a sustainable alternative.

Don't blame FIDO it was once a good company but had been swallowed up by Rogers (aka Robbers). I'm hearing that Wind will credit you back your Early Cancellation Fees if you switch over. You'll still pay Rogers/Bell/Telus the fee but you wont pay Wind for a couple of month - credited. I just wish they had something for the iPhone

Why did they pick a bicycle as a metaphore? I'm lost. Is it some wierd reference because Egyptian's invented the bicicle? (Wind Mobile is an Eygyptian company).
So what? Canadian phone companies have proven to be greedy like anywhere else in the world. We've now gone beyond "nationalism" into "decent service" regardless of who owns it.

Actually Wind is part of "Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A." an Italian company which is owned by the Egyptian Sarwiris family.
