wow I guess some people don't realize the Blackhawk will not be sold to non US Government agencies. Those hawks have the old US Customs Paint scheme which means they now belong to ICE like he said. No one except feds and the DOD have those choppers.

A local government could purchase a blackhawk if they wanted to. There's no law saying they can't. If they can buy military APCs like the m113 bradley, they can surely buy a blackhawk.

The only thing is, most agencies will not because the helicopters they already have are sufficient. No need for a black hawk, other than the fact that they look sweet.
