  • r6 and comfy? i doubt that.. have an rj15 an its hard as a rock, but i wouldnt trade it against the other two bikes, although the daytona is sexy too. but the sound hitting 16-17k rpms is just the way to go with the r6 is just <3

  • Totally agree with the review. The 848 has usable power throughout the rev range and a lot more torque than the other two. You can even manage to have serious fun on one while running the engine in. Handling is great and the brakes are incredible.

675 is still a very good bike and the best value for money. The new R model is up there with the 848 for brakes and handling.

R6 is just another Jap 600 and lacks any real low down power compared to the other two.

  • @TychoCelchu its just the difference between the l-twins, and 3 cylinder engines of the ducati and triumph vs an inline 4. Not to mention the R6 has the least low- to mid range power of all jap bikes.

  • Common guys :) you can't even compare your daytona with r6, don't know what's wrong with your bike, but mine shows 289 kmh on the clocks, ducati - good bike - but definatelly not a race bike, and u can't test bikes in that manner, one rider should do tests, 'cause a lot depends on rider, among those 3 bikes, r6 is the best bike, I wouldn't even compare them.

  • @elbowmjc dude i own a 675 and have owned an r6 the r6 can not compare to the 675 and the 848 is way over classed for this comparison. u need to either buy a bike and learn about them r just not comment sry im not being a dick but its the truth

  • @MrDambertrand Well mate I've been riding on the Daytona - good bike, but more for newbies, I have an r6, I've tried kawasaki and gsxr among 600 this is the best bike ever, on the track especially :) and that's the truth mate, I don't need to buy and learn it, I have it :)

  • nice review well described

  • I have a Daytona and wouldn't change it for any other bike. same shit by me, 2011 - daytona 675 diablo red !!! but i will buy a 848 evo in 5 years, so i have a beast (ducati) and a beauty (daytona) :)

  • I have a Daytona and wouldn't change it for any other bike.

  • I wonder if the EVO version is allowed in production supersports ?

  • price wise

    daytona<yamaha<Ducati

  • @TheGladiator1911

    V2>V3>V4 Ducati >Triumph>Yamaha ;)

  • @xxxxGiannixxxx Bahahahah it's a v twin 4stroke, 3 cylinder 4 stroke, 4 cylinder 4 stroke. has nothing to do with valves ;)

  • @dreadly101

    not Ventile!!!

    V2 Zylinder

  • i love the DUCATI i think its the best bike out there... but i just hate how it sounds,

the R6, CBR 600 , all sound very good very sports like, but the DUCATI almost sounds like a TRUCK. i just dont like it

does anyone know how that can be fixed???

  • @fredericobpc

    build in a 3- or 4-zylindres-engine? ;D

  • @fredericobpc it's an appreciated sound. Videos don't do it justice. Aftermarket exhausts make the sound absolutely come alive. I go out with friends who have ninjas and GSXR's and my 848 gets ALL the compliments. My friends bikes are invisible. With Ducati you have passion, awesome fan bases, and that TORQUE.

  • @fredericobpc dont buy a ducati then you don't deserve one..

  • damn that track looks beat up...

  • @noryxo101 still better and safer than people racing on the street...tracks FTW!

  • It doesnt really work like that, you're comparing a V-twin(848) with a straight-4 (R6). I do believe 848 v-twin still is more power than a 600cc straight-4, just not as much as the numbers say. if Im not misstaken 750cc's use to be allowed to race with 600cc straight-4's, and I believe they're considered somewhat equal.

  • @MrAlexanderlundh i agree the ducati should be 750cc it seems more equal to the other bikes. Still take the triumph tho :)

  • it's funny how they want to compare a 848cc, 675cc and 600cc engine.....hehehe...if you want a real comparison then make the engine sizes the same

  • I forgot how light and easy to ride my Daytona was until I rode my friend's R6. I'd like to ride a 848 to compare it to my Daytona.

  • 675 easily.

  • Never can understand these testers. What does it mean when he says he will be fighting for the keys of the R6 aqnd then ranks it as the worst bike... wonder what really makes these people tick...

  • @akikoyyy it is the most comfy...just for the ride home...that is what he said and meant.

  • It is on my wishlist....
