Most of these videos on here are real, No point beating around the bush and trying to hide children from the grim dangers of real life, I work in a hospital and we get plenty of people in who have been thrown from cars or been hit, drive carefully or u will more then likely end up dead. harsh but true.

For those asking, some of the video clips in this video are indeed not real. Those that are not real, are mostly clips from "safe driving" commercials (they can be found on youtube). However, this video does indeed have several real accidents in it.
