Einhorn wasn't a great policewoman.. I think mostly she just made it up the ranks by using her good looks like lots of women do. She'd probably seduce veteran officers into giving up their promotions for a date with her, like Aguado. That's one reason i think of her as a real woman rather than a man in disguise, because she was able to think like a woman which isn't easy... Finkle could not have had a woman's brain without being a woman.
