@goldatra3 Man you really have to let this go. This was actually a relatively cheap knife. Do you have something against people that buy knives that are $500+? Does it bother you so much that people will pay that much for a knife? Maybe you need counselling.
@goldatra3 Something wrong with you. These are expensive customs. Even non customs like Striders are 500-600. If you want a good cheap knife, get a Spyderco. These knives are for afficianados who pay more for something rare.
The pin didn't rattle but I just think the tolerances are bad. Im sending it back for a refund to PVK. Too bad, its a cool knife but I was dssapointed when I held it in my hand and flicked it open and it didnt lock up unless I wiggled the blade.
I just got this knife in the mail today and I was really dissapointed when I operated the knife. It was sharpened on the back side of the tip like yours, only it didnt even close all the way making the top edge that is sharpened stick out even more. Also, It wont lock in all the way when its opened. You have to wiggle the blade a little to get it to lock in completely. Im sending it back!!
Nice blade grind. Combat stilleto. The rattle in the back stop can be fixed by putting just a small drop of super glue and letting it seep down in the space.
See, that's what happens when you pay to much for a knife.

@MrRockhardalan Agreed. The knife not having a solid lock is not acceptable.

@MrRockhardalan That's disappointing. Sounds like they have some QC issues with the knife. Did your stop pin rattle like mine too?

@MrRockhardalan Thanks for the tip.. but don't really want to stick crazy glue in the knife, just wish it was tight from the get-go.

@MPSecare Its unfortunate that CCC's copy everything out there.. but the quality simply does not compare.

@customtacticals no way in hell does the quality compare!!!!! A DDR twist to a Mtech twist is like comparing a Mercedez to an RC car.
