A good reason why I don't play Persona 4, and why I regret to have played Persona 3 is that Kanji Tatsumi is way older the rest of the guys in Persona 4. And I'm seriously upset at the characters playing Persona 3 because Yukari Takeba keeps talking about her dad committing suicide, basically making herself responsible for his suicide.

@banami65 Not neccesarily true. All four Persona games are in the same universe, just set years apart from each other (hence Persona 3 is set 2009-2010, and Persona 4 2011-2012). However, Persona 2 hints at past events from Persona 1, and like you said, Persona 4 hints at past events from Persona 3. Those really are the only connections the games have with each other, aside from cameo appearances by characters from previous Persona titles.

Ive played many SMT mainly persona and i do like what they did with it. P1 and 2 were to similar to shim megami tensei in general chancgeing the demons you summon into a word persona and thats all but in p3 and p4 they made it its own in a amazeing way dont get me wrong p1 and p2 EP and p2 IS are excllent but didnt have something to distict themselves. on a even more pesonal note i dislike p3p it is nice to play a girl to many things wrong with it.
