It'd be worth it for the Iraqis but not for the Americans. Total already spent in Iraq is $900 billions. That doesn't include taking care of 30,000 plus wounded and maimed soldiers coming home, and countless PTDS sufferers. What about the lost of productive activities gain from the soldiers who otherwise have provided had they not killed? The cost of replacing damaged equipment. I wouldn't trade democracy for Iraqis at the expense of this nation.
