I was there April 2011 and I had great time, though for a few hours. This particular bar had a nice crowd for foreigners and locals. I was very impressed with the diversity. I'll go back next year for sure.

Portico transferred to another place. But they do have great steaks! (Serendra, Fort Bonifacio)

Everywhere in Manila, traffic is horrible. I would never drive here. Honestly, aggressive driving is the only way to survive on the highways here. Honks of the horn mean, "get the hell out of the way NOW!"
