they have nothing to do with arabs , they constructed civilised cities they mastered the sea and were experts in commerce , arabs on the contrary used and still live in tribes i the deserts away of the sea

lebanon used to speak aramaic and we still do in churches :)

Most of the people who learn bellydancing and not form an arabic background don't dance. They have technically calculated moves which looks like a doll on strings- puppet. Dancing is not a technically calculated moves. It's an art that stems form the dancer feeling the music and getting moved by it. Hope this helps :)
