Israeli made Merkava Mk 4s, germans have their leopard 2A6s, there are so many modernizations on soviet block T-series, US is likely to get M1A3s in the future...It's just plain wrong to say that improving makes tanks unbalanced. ROK have the money and technology to make a new tank, and the design of K1 has aged 20 years since first prototype was developed, so made a completely new one. And you are saying this is wrong?
