Not saying it was a bad rifle -- it's great altogether but the M200 became a revolutionary weapon for the simple fact that it CAN hit a target at 2 miles.

If you've noticed, guns with 3-round bursts and single shot tend to have better accuracy than full-auto. At the same time, the gun ISN'T designed for ANYONE. It's at least... 30grand? Kicks like a clydesdale. Not anyone would even attempt it. But the M200 can hit 2 miles.

Actually, since rifles like the M82 (Barret .50) are so heavy and have a special compensator, they would end up having less recoil. Plus, believe it or not, the .408 CheyTac's design allows it to shoot further and more accurate than a .50 BMG. ^-^'
