Your videos are amazing, I have yet to come across any website or any video, which has helped educated me to the degree that you have. Keep up the good work.
At 1:30, you say that hemostasis is the process by which clots do NOT form. I thought it was the opposite (e.g. Atrial fibrillation). Can you explain?
You held me captive for the first 3 chapters and now I am going on to the 4th. Thank you so much for sharing again your knowledge. You are truly a giving person. You are not afraid to impart your expertise and knowledge to anyone without discrimination. Thank you from my very being.
Oh he said he didnt get it, but there is only 4 possible ways to get edema. This goes back to basic physiology, and if you were to plot the respective lines of that picture together.
There are two net forces here in play, hydrostatic and oncotic. We call them the NET hydrostatic and NET Oncotic pressures.
For those who have questions on it, refer to the board series review physiology or to the Guyton Physio book. :)
no my advice is to keep posting! we have a path quiz every week on chapters of robbins. this week it is 1-4 so keep them coming!!!! i am learning so much from these videos!!!! you are my hero! thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you! please keep posting asap!
To Phil scott you can arrange yourself according to you time we need more lectures per week. so please professor lots of people are waiting for your videos
Hello, I find your video's limitlessly superb and valuable... however, many of us, me for instance can get overwhelmed with too much faster than we have time to read and absorb, then get behind... then drop out.
so my advice... release at the most 3 or 4 a week. 5 or 6 max... then maybe you will entrain a larger audience.
my goal is NOT to entrain a large audience, my goal is to educate the world, free, with no bullshit, so far over 1.2 million views have come through, but your suggestion is superb anyway, and lately, unfortunately, i only have time to release a few at a time ;), wdc
Speak for yourself. These are online lectures and you can therefore do them at your own pace. He isn't testing you so I don't really see your problem.
sazzia... you are correct, but you misread my intent, perhaps because you missed Wdeciets initial remark..that he would continue as long as there was sufficient interest. I was pointing that that too much too fast can have the effects i mentioned. and yes i do realize that one can go back and study at his own pace.
its just that once you get way behind, some will put it off.. then not do it. just a suggestion is all.
Thank you WDC!! ill focus more in my studies and study medicine if i could !!
