@DKrune121 Ehhh... There can be a numerous amount of reasons, If they're a student, If a Admin from the school see's them on, They're expelled, Some of them want to just have fun and not be recognized on the street. Others just do it for the luwls.

So, a lot of Japanese people think there's no point to show your face, and instead just show your talent. :) Famous people are famous for their looks as well as their talent, so of course they're going to show themselves so you know it's them.
